We are pleased to announce that our restaurant is on Guide Michelin 2020 with the following comment: " Located on the hillside behind Evian, this century-old hotel restaurant with its authentic atmosphere has benefited from the enthusiasm of chef Stéphane Coffy, who offers a classic cuisine with a refined aestheticism, enhanced by a creative touch. Nos plats sont dressés sur des assiettes en fibre de canne à rechauffer. Sur commande avant 15h avant au 0450750490 et à venir chercher à la reception du mercredi au samedi à partir de 16h et le dimanche entre 10h et midi (commande la veille avant 15h). La porte de la reception sera ouverte et nous vous recevrons masqué avec du gel hydroalcoolique à votre disposition.

Schedule:

We welcome guests :

- from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner from 7 pm to 8:30 pm (last service);

- from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch from 12 am to 1:30 pm (last service);
